We’re hiring a high-performing Sous Chef for a fast-growing, upscale concept. If you’ve got the drive, the chops, and the leadership skills to run a high-volume scratch kitchen, this is your move!

Please note: Training will be in Atlanta for a significant period of time.

Upscale Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

  • You must be currently working for an upscale or fine dining concept
  • 4+ years of high volume ($8M+), scratch kitchen, upscale or fine dining experience
  • 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role
  • Experience with multiple cuisines
  • Able to diligently follow recipe books – menu is already created for you
  • Excellent knife and plating skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
  • Strong financial acumen – P&L, food cost, labor, etc
