We’re hiring a high-performing Sous Chef for a fast-growing, upscale concept. If you’ve got the drive, the chops, and the leadership skills to run a high-volume scratch kitchen, this is your move!

Please note: Training will be in Atlanta for a significant period of time.

Upscale Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must be currently working for an upscale or fine dining concept
- 4+ years of high volume ($8M+), scratch kitchen, upscale or fine dining experience
- 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role
- Experience with multiple cuisines
- Able to diligently follow recipe books – menu is already created for you
- Excellent knife and plating skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Genuine care and passion for people and the industry
- Strong financial acumen – P&L, food cost, labor, etc
