Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including training responsibilities
Dynamic and energetic personality
Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms, including scheduling, inventory management and POS

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Skills in kitchen management and food preparation
Experience working with coffee and coffee beverages
Comfortable interviewing, hiring, and training
