Rounds Chef – High-Volume, High-Profile Concept
Our growing restaurant group is seeking a polished, hands-on Rounds Chef to support and oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, high-profile venue. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about developing teams and maintaining high standards.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key leader in the kitchen, supporting all stations and service periods
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to exceed expectations
- Remain hands-on and fully engaged in day-to-day operations
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all food production
- Assist in managing labor, food cost, and inventory
- Uphold standards while building a positive, accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- High-volume experience required
- Strong leadership presence with a coaching mentality
- Stable work history (no job hoppers)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
- Passionate, patient, and team-focused
