An established, upscale restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a structured, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who values systems, team development, and delivering a consistent guest experience.

Restaurant Manager Compensation

• Salary $60,000–$75,000

• Bonus potential

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant environments

• Strong hospitality mindset with focus on guest experience

• Understanding of labor, cost control, and basic financials

• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence

• Background from structured restaurant groups preferred
