A growing manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer / Machinist to support precision machining and tooling work within its operation. This role will focus on programming, setup, machining, and repair work tied to close tolerance parts and production tooling. The ideal candidate will bring strong print reading ability, hands on machining depth, and the judgment to work independently in a fast paced shop environment.

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts
Read blueprints and determine tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining approach
Support mold, die, and tooling fabrication or repair as needed
Inspect parts throughout production to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

CNC Programmer / Machinist Qualifications

7+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
Experience with horizontal or vertical mills, plus lathe operation
Ability to hold tight tolerances and inspect parts accurately
Surface grinding or mold shop experience is a plus
