Project Manager – Concrete Construction

A leading construction services provider is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee complex concrete construction projects from inception through completion. Project Manager – Concrete Construction Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed

Project Manager – Concrete Construction Preferred Background & Skills

OSHA Certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla

Project Manager – Concrete Construction Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Create and update project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans
Review project labor costs with Superintendents to ensure budget compliance
Oversee productivity, cost control, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate operations related to formwork, logistics, schedules, and materials
Communicate regularly with clients to align on plans, schedules, and expectations
Prepare and process change orders, proposals, RFPs, and project documentation
Track project progress and performance, reporting insights to executive leadership
Attend client and internal meetings, assisting in project requirement planning
Ensure completion of all required closeout documents and maintain contract records
