We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing profitability, and building a strong, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Drive sales and manage profit margins, labor, and food costs

• Hire, train, and develop a team of 25+ employees

• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and overall restaurant performance

• Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture

• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of GM or AGM experience in high-volume QSR, hospitality, or retail ($2.5M+ preferred)

• Proven experience managing sales, P&L, and cost controls

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Comfortable working varied shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

• Able to be on your feet for extended periods (6–9 hours)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 minutes

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with restaurant systems

Compensation & Benefits:
