Event Manager – Dallas, TX
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead dining and event operations at a dynamic business campus in Dallas. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 plus commission!

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all campus events, meetings, and catered functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and catering partners from start to finish
- Ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to manage logistics
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of event or banquet management experience, ideally in a corporate or business campus environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record managing high-volume or high-profile events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
