Event Manager – Dallas, TX

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead dining and event operations at a dynamic business campus in Dallas. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences.

Base Salary: $65,000 plus commission!

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all campus events, meetings, and catered functions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and catering partners from start to finish
Ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution
Collaborate with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to manage logistics
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process

Qualifications

3+ years of event or banquet management experience, ideally in a corporate or business campus environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record managing high-volume or high-profile events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
