Bar Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

3-5 years of high-volume bar management experience
Knowledge of scratch craft cocktail programs, garnish programs, Juicing programs
Experience in Ordering and inventory of all bar products
Has managed a team of 10 or more bartenders
Fine dining, nightlife experience
Open availability
