Treatment Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a high-performing clinical and support team
• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed
• Oversee treatment planning, intake, placement, and service delivery for youth in care
• Ensure compliance with all state, agency, and licensing standards
• Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and foster families
• Manage division operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
• Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and training for staff
• Support program growth, quality assurance, and outcome-driven practices

Treatment Director Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
• Active clinical licensure required: LCSW, LMFT,LMHC or LPCC
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role and 2 years of direct care service delivery
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, child welfare, and family systems
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed
