Sous Chef – New Orleans, LA

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a scratch, fine-dining or upscale-casual kitchen
High-volume kitchen experience
Strong attention to quality and adherence to standards
Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style

Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Train, coach, and support kitchen staff with ongoing feedback
Ensure consistent quality of food and service
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets all health and safety guidelines
Oversee food ordering and assist with food and labor cost management
Manage staff scheduling and support efficient operations
