We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations for a dynamic, multi-unit QSR organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Restaurant Corporate Controller Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred
- Experience in QSR multi-unit
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Must be based in the Tampa market and able to work a hybrid schedule
Restaurant Corporate ControllerJob Description:
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end close and preparation of financial statements
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting processes
- Manage outsourced functions including tax and payroll
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Partner with external auditors and ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial insights and performance
