Human Resources Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Human Resources Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead recruiting efforts that meet the dynamic needs of a growing company.
Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents.
Proactively resolve workplace conflicts.
Lead and facilitate sexual harassment trainings.
Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
Coordinate and supervise employee benefits plans.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits (new hire, compliance, safety, break violations, payroll).

Human Resources Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, conflict management, communication, and organizational skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while supporting company growth.
Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft. Promote and maintain a positive work culture.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with leadership and team members at all levels of the organization.
Bilingual – English/Spanish is ideal but not a deal breaker
