We’re hiring a part-time Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to keep apprenticeship programs running smoothly, accurately, and on track. This role is the backbone of program operations– managing records, tracking progress, and keeping contractors and apprentices aligned. If you’re organized, detail-driven, and not afraid to follow up when things go quiet, you’ll do well here.
Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Benefits and Compensation:

Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without letting anything slip
- Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records
- High attention to detail– this role lives and dies by documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills across contractors, apprentices, and leadership
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for regular local travel to contractor sites, training locations, and industry events
- Ability to manage compliance-related documentation and maintain audit-ready records
Must haves:
- Track apprentice OJT hours, program progression, and status changes in real time
- Maintain clean, structured digital filing systems that someone else can actually understand
- Follow up directly with contractors to collect missing documentation and keep programs moving
- Coordinate apprentice registrations, completions, and updates without bottlenecks
- Travel locally to contractor sites and events to support program operations and maintain relationships
- Support reporting and data tracking tied to program compliance and performance
Apprenticeship Program Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or skilled trades environments
- Familiarity with compliance-driven programs or regulatory reporting
- Experience working with contractors, unions, or trade-based organizations
- Comfort assisting with events, meetings, and industry outreach
- Ability to balance administrative work with occasional in-person engagement
