Our client is an AmLaw 100 law firm that is seeking a midlevel associate to join its rapidly growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in their New York office. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.

Candidates must have a minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, math and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. NY bar admission is required.
