Job Description:

Our client is seeking an associate to mid-level attorney to join their Bankruptcy & Restructuring group. This position is open to multiple offices, but this office is Chicago.  They have created a firm culture that is based on collaboration, dedication to serving our clients, and mutual respect.

Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred. To be considered, please apply using the link below and provide your cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.

California compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
