Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Solid financial and business acumen

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience overseeing inventory and vendor relationships

Familiarity with payroll and cash management processes

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service

Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Monitor budgets, sales, and expenses to support profitability and control costs
Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
