What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

·       Lead and execute high-energy shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service

·       Manage inventory, labor, and food safety standards to optimize performance

·       Support operational goals, sales growth, and overall restaurant success

·       Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What You Bring as an Assistant Manager

·       1–3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or QSR environment

·       Strong understanding of food safety, labor management, and cost controls

·       ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

·       A hands-on, team-first leadership style with a passion for developing others

·       Ability to stay energetic and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
