Vice President of Information Technology

An established, growth-focused multi-entity organization is seeking a Vice President of IT to lead a transformative technology modernization and strategic alignment initiative. Vice President of IT Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Demonstrated executive-level experience with strategic influence
Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Experience supporting growth or acquisition environments highly valued
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
CNE or comparable certification preferred

Vice President of IT Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise IT roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
Modernize infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity frameworks
Oversee enterprise systems, network architecture, and business applications
Strengthen governance, compliance, and data protection standards
Lead capital planning, vendor management, and IT budgeting initiatives
Establish scalable processes to support acquisitions, integrations, and expansion
Implement and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery programs
