Restaurant Manager – Full Service
High-Volume | Family-Owned | Guest-Driven Culture

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, inspire a team, and thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day front and/or back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
- Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor during peak service times
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity to meet business goals
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
- Partner with ownership to uphold the restaurant’s culture, values, and reputation
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
- A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
