Warehouse Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
- Experience with freight coordination and shipping systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, order processing, email)
Warehouse Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to assist in sales or customer-facing activities
- Self-starter mentality; ability to thrive in a one-person operation
- Adaptable, resourceful, and process-oriented
Warehouse Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse
- Coordinate and book freight shipments (both domestic and international)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Prepare and maintain equipment for demonstrations, trade shows, and customer use
- Answer customer calls, assist with order inquiries, and process documentation
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product support as the business grows
