Our client is looking for strong a Project Manager with a strong field ironworker background to support structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects. This role requires hands-on construction experience combined with technical coordination and project documentation skills.

Project Manager Salary and Benefits:

Base salary of $125 – 160k – can be higher based on experience
Annual bonus
Medical, Dental and Vision
Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite
Company vehicle

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee structural steel construction and other miscellaneous metal projects
Coordinate between field crews, detailing, and project management
Review shop drawings and contract documents for constructability
Manage RFIs, submittals, and field documentation
Track material deliveries and installation progress
Maintain project records using Procore and Bluebeam
Assist with schedules, quantities, and production tracking
Support foremen and superintendents with layout and field needs

Project Manager Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a Field Ironworker (structural steel / misc metals strongly preferred)
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience as an ironworker
Comfortable working on iPad and construction technology platforms
Ability to read and interpret Design drawings, Shop drawings and Project specifications
Solid understanding of Steel erection sequencing, Field coordination and RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation
Strong communication skills between field crews, GC, and project management
