RESTAURANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- History of success in developing high-performing teams
- Full-service restaurant manager experience of at least five years in a high-volume corporate structure
- A Strong leader with a good head on their shoulders
- Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years
- Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
- Must have at least $4MM sales volume experience
- Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 8 weeks, with availability to return home during days off
RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
- P&L responsibilities
- Hands-on team leader
- Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards
