NOW HIRING: RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

Casual Full-Service Restaurant | Open 7 Days a Week

Are you a results-driven, hospitality-focused leader ready to run the show? We’re looking for a General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and ensures every guest leaves with a smile.

Your Mission:

Lead and inspire the entire restaurant team — front and back of house
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and labor management
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle issues with professionalism
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and brand presentation
Drive sales, monitor budgets, and maximize restaurant performance
Foster a positive, team-first culture where everyone thrives

What You Bring:

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
MUST come from a restaurant with full service bar operations
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong financial and operational acumen
Passion for hospitality and leading by example
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
