We are seeking a Landscaping Account Manager to oversee both commercial and residential accounts while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and coordinating crews to keep properties looking their best year-round. During the winter months, this position will also assist in managing snow removal crews and operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
Maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
Conduct property visits to ensure quality and service standards
Coordinate landscaping crews and schedules
Assist in managing snow removal crews during winter weather events

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, property management, or account management preferred
Strong guest service and communication skills
Experience coordinating snow removal operations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
