A bespoke hospitality group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic culinary program for an award-winning restaurant and private events. This role offers the opportunity to shape menus, mentor a strong culinary team, and drive a guest experience built on quality, creativity, and consistency.

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
• Demonstrated experience overseeing restaurant dining and private events
• ServSafe certification required
• Strong knowledge of menu engineering, recipe costing, purchasing strategy, and food cost control
• Experience managing culinary teams, training kitchen leadership, and building a positive kitchen culture
• Proven ability to maintain food cost targets, inventory management, and operational profitability
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality environment
Executive Chef – Must Haves
• Lead menu development with seasonal updates while maintaining profitability and brand identity
• Direct culinary execution across restaurant service, private events, and additional food outlets
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and service trends to continuously refine the dining experience
• Maintain accurate recipes, portioning, and costing systems to ensure reliable profitability reporting
• Mentor kitchen managers and culinary staff through structured training and development
• Partner with sales, banquets, and leadership teams to execute high-volume events and special programming
• Oversee labor scheduling and staffing to align operational efficiency with revenue goals
• Maintain operational oversight of kitchen equipment, facilities, and workflow across outlets
