Assistant Manager Requirements:

2-3 years of Management experience with a staff of more than 30
Sales volume experience of at least $2.5 million
P&L accountability and knowledge
Budgeting and financial planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
The ability to identify areas of opportunity and lead a plan of action
The highest level of character and integrity
