CDL Hoisting Operator
We are currently seeking CDL drivers with hoisting licenses 2A and 1C to join a high-performing installation team for a growing fence company. This is an opportunity to join a firm that is redefining the fencing industry by protecting properties, saving lives, and building careers.
CDL Hoisting Operator Benefits & Compensation
- Pay ranging from $24.00 – $32.00 per hour plus overtime and prevailing wage work.

CDL Hoisting Operator Requirements & Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certification and DOT medical certificate.
- Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B).
- Hoisting license.
- A strong commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
CDL Hoisting Operator Preferred Background & Skills
- 2 years of experience in fence installation.
- 2 years of experience using a post pounder.
- 2 years of experience operating construction equipment.
CDL Hoisting Operator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate hoisting equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure high-quality fence installations.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional service and workmanship.
