Senior Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Centers
📍 Dallas, TX | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 Competitive Pay + Bonus + Benefits
Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission-critical data center projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of high-reliability electrical systems and large project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crews
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC/BIM teams
- Ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards
- Monitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on schedule
- Lead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
- Mentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountability
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendent
- Proven success leading mission-critical or data center projects
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systems
- OSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
