Warehouse Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Overseeing the entire operations of the warehouse, including communication with local stores
- Supervision of team: hiring, training, mentoring, development
- Ensure safety protocols and systems are in place and practiced, including state, local and federal regulations
- Ensure all orders are met by company standards, including freshness, packing, etc
- Understanding of warehouse operations, including logistics
Warehouse Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience with food-related retail, including perishables
- Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and food-safety standards
- Strong communication skills, including within the company as well as outside the company
- Strong leadership skills: ability to multi-task within a multi-unit company
