Sous Chef — Upscale, High-Volume Restaurant | Savannah, GA
I’m partnering with a well-respected restaurant group in Savannah that’s looking to add a polished, driven Sous Chef to their culinary leadership team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is looking for long-term career growth, not just a lateral move.
This role offers exposure to a high-performing operation with a solid culture, strong leadership, and a clear path for advancement.
The Opportunity:
- Support daily kitchen operations with a focus on execution, consistency, and guest experience
- Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team in a positive, teaching-focused environment
- Assist with food cost, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team
- Maintain food specs, recipes, and presentation standards
- Play a key leadership role in a high-volume, detail-driven Savannah restaurant
Ideal Background:
- 2–3+ years of Sous Chef experience
- High-volume and/or upscale restaurant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, professional culinary leadership style
- Desire to grow into an Executive Chef or senior leadership role
