Judaic Studies Teacher

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation through meaningful Judaic learning? A leading Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School in Dallas, TX, is looking for a dedicated Judaic Studies Teacher to join our vibrant, mission-driven community.

What You'll Do

  • Teach core Judaic content including Modern Orthodox Jewish history, laws, traditions, and beliefs.
  • Mentor students in their spiritual and ethical growth in a values-based environment.
  • Create dynamic, differentiated lessons that integrate technology and social-emotional learning (SEL).
  • Monitor student progress through assessments and provide meaningful, personalized feedback.
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and leadership to meet each student’s unique needs.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students and maintain open communication with families.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school life and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Orthodox Jewish education and values.
  • Passion for Israel and commitment to fostering a deep connection to Jewish identity.
  • Expertise in inquiry-based learning, literacy development, and differentiated instruction.
  • Effective classroom management and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • A nurturing educator who inspires curiosity, community, and a love of learning.
