A Luxury Hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, menu creation, banquets and casual dining.

Chef Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute menus for Restaurant
  • Oversee all culinary outlets on the property
  • Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Work alongside the General Manager to create top-notch experiences for guests

Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef at Hotel
  • Heavy banquet and multi-unit experience with large, upscale hotels
