Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

3+ years of high-volume GM experience-$4 million+ annual revenue
Strong tenure and work history
Proven track record in driving sales and managing P&L
You must have a passion for genuine leadership and teamwork
Hands-on operator with a lead-by-example mentality
