General Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of general manager experience
• Proven success leading high-volume hospitality operations in New York City
• Strong background in food, beverage, nightlife, and event management
• Track record of driving sales and profitability
• Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Advanced understanding of labor management and cost controls

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop both management and hourly teams

• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership on menu development and innovation
• Assume full ownership of P&L management and financial performance
• Build and sustain a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability
• Create an environment that seamlessly blends dining, cocktails, and nightlife experiences
