Seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead an upscale, full-service restaurant operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, restaurant operations, financial management, and team development, along with solid food, beverage, and wine knowledge.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing sales and profitability, controlling food and labor costs, developing the management team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous General Manager experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
- Ability to guide and develop a team in delivering elevated food and beverage experiences.
- Strong P&L, labor, and food-cost management skills.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain successful teams.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
