Executive Sous Chef

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a hands-on Executive Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong culinary leader who excels in team development, food quality, cost control, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

esponsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff training, and food quality.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events.
• Manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, and portion control.
• Maintain culinary standards, food safety, and consistent execution.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of culinary leadership experience in a restaurant, private club, resort, or hotel.
• Previous Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Opportunity:

• $90,000–$95,000 annual salary plus health benefits and bonus opportunity.
