Café Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountable store culture
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining speed and quality
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational standards
• Monitor sales and key store performance metrics
• Maintain a hands-on, visible leadership presence

Café Store Manager Requirements:

• Previous Store Manager, Café Manager, or General Manager experience
• High-volume coffee, café, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and store performance
• Strong guest-service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
