Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a premier luxury senior living community. This role requires a hands-on culinary leader who can deliver restaurant-quality cuisine while creating an exceptional, personalized dining experience for residents.

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations, including fine dining, casual dining, catering, private events, and special programs.
• Develop seasonal, innovative menus incorporating resident preferences, dietary needs, and current culinary trends.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and service.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing culinary team.
• Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, recipes, production, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with leadership, wellness, and nursing teams to address nutritional and special dietary requirements.
• Engage directly with residents, gather feedback, and continuously enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and senior living regulations.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence in the kitchen and dining rooms.

Executive Chef Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, hotels, resorts, country clubs, or senior living.
• Strong culinary, menu-development, financial, purchasing, and team-management skills.
• Experience with special diets, allergies, and nutritional requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and resident satisfaction.

Salary Range- 100K-120K plus benefits
