This established, high-energy Asian-inspired restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This hands-on leader will oversee daily BOH operations, lead service, develop the team, and maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and execution.

Executive Sous Chef Asian Concept Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable kitchen leadership experience
• High-volume, full-service restaurant experience
• Strong culinary fundamentals with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven experience training, developing, and holding BOH teams accountable
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, purchasing, waste, labor, and food safety

Executive Sous Chef Asian Concept Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and execution
• Run and expedite high-volume services while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
• Train, coach, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and other BOH team members
• Oversee prep, ordering, receiving, inventory, product rotation, and kitchen organization
• Maintain recipe, portioning, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards
