HVAC Maintenance Technician | Raleigh, NC I $30-$40 per hour

A growing multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to support approximately 20–25 locations throughout the Raleigh area. This hands-on position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems while also supporting general facility, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is an experienced technician who can troubleshoot independently, prioritize service requests, and keep multiple restaurant locations operating safely and efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC, commercial facilities maintenance, or equipment repair experience; 10+ years preferred
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, exhaust systems, motors, controls, and related equipment
• EPA 608 Type I and II certification required; Universal EPA certification preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, carpentry, and general commercial building maintenance

Preferred Background and Skills

• Multi-unit facilities experience within restaurants, hospitality, retail, or a similar commercial environment
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen and food-service equipment
• Ability to independently manage work orders, preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, and repair documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel regularly between locations throughout the Raleigh market
