Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Executive Chef.
- Proven experience in an upscale, scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new platforms.
- Excellent tenure with no job-hopping.
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and develop team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
