Job Title: REMOTE – Field Claims Adjuster – Workers’ Compensation

Location: Eastern PA (Remote / Home Office) – Covering Philadelphia and Surrounding Counties

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 Base Salary + $5,000–$7,000 annual tax-free vehicle/expense reimbursement + Benefits

We are seeking a regional Field Claims Specialist to manage a localized territory across Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Daily Responsibilities

• Field Work: Spend 1–2 days per week on-site conducting investigations, taking statements, capturing scene photos, and identifying causes of loss.
• Resolution & Recovery: Independently negotiate, settle complex claims, and pursue subrogation/third-party recoveries.
• Documentation: Maintain concise file summaries.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Skills: Strong independent negotiation capabilities in Workers Compensation coverages.
• Travel: Comfort driving locally within the assigned regional territory in the Philadelphia area.
