RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have full-service concept experience of at least $4M per year
- You must have at least 3 years of salaried Restaurant Management experience
- You must love working in a positive and fun environment
- You must have a genuine hospitality mentality and embrace people-first leadership
RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will maintain the company's standards of excellence
- You will lead the team through effective motivation and true empathy/care
- You will provide continued education and support for the hourly team
