Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Fine Dining

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a successful, high-volume fine dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to deliver polished, memorable service.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly visible leader who enjoys being on the floor, connecting with guests, developing employees, and creating a culture where exceptional hospitality is the standard.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout every service
  • Create a culture of genuine hospitality while anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns quickly
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate front-of-house employees while maintaining elevated service standards
  • Confidently lead the team through high-volume services
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house communication
  • Manage labor, scheduling, productivity, and operating costs without compromising the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards
  • Maintain accurate financial, payroll, cash-handling, and operational reporting
  • Hold the team accountable while creating a positive and professional work environment

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Fine dining, upscale dining, or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a busy restaurant floor while maintaining polished service standards
  • Strong knowledge of FOH operations, guest recovery, and employee development
  • Working knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Stable and progressive work history
  • Hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$90,000
  • 10% bonus potential, paid quarterly
