Executive Chef

Executive Chef Requirements

• 5+ years of culinary management experience
• Proven track record of success and career progression
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate a team
• Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and properly functioning kitchen and equipment
• Familiarity with Aloha and Schedulefly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems

Executive Chef Duties

• Curate and execute the restaurant's menu, including seasonal specials
• Attend and actively participate in weekly management meetings
• Regularly engage with staff and ensure the team consistently upholds restaurant standards
• Place, receive, and manage orders with vendors
• Lead by example and actively participate in service alongside the team
• Recruit, train, and develop culinary team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and execution
