We are seeking an Executive Chef who has a passion for Farm-to-Table Midwest cuisine at its best. This opportunity gives you the chance to work towards a greater cause and create local vendor and farm connections. If you have overseen multi-restaurant locations, including banquets and events, catering, and brunch, we would love to speak with you!
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Experience running multiple outlets including banquets, catering, and events
- Able to develop and grow the team while retaining talent
- Seasonal menu development based on farm and vendor connections and what is in season
- Resort or Convention experience
- Tight financial management
