Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH team
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
- Train and develop management and hourly team members
- Manage staffing and schedules based on business needs
- Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
- Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Monitor labor, costs, and overall restaurant performance
Qualifications
- Previous Fast-Casual restaurant management experience
- Strong kitchen and operational background
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with strong business acumen
- Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and budgeting
