Paid Media Manager – Remote (Denver Metropolitan Area Preferred)
A fast-growing advertising agency specializing in paid social, performance creative, and DTC brand strategy is seeking a paid media professional to join their team. Paid Media Manager Benefits & Compensation

Paid Media Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of paid social experience with expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven success managing substantial paid media budgets for DTC and/or e-commerce brands
- Strong skills in campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, and attribution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to drive performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex results to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
Paid Media Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous agency experience, managing several client accounts concurrently
- Experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email/SMS marketing platforms
- Experience working directly with founders and senior marketing executives in consumer brands
Paid Media Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for DTC and lifestyle brands, including budget, targeting, bidding, and structure
- Monitor account performance, proactively addressing issues before they impact clients
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and iterate on briefs, testing new creative based on data-driven insights
- Build structured testing programs and document outcomes to improve future campaign performance
- Analyze campaign performance throughout the customer funnel and present clear, actionable recommendations
- Report on account performance and present strategic reviews to clients and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate on account strategy, forecasting, and communication
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging ad formats, and industry best practices
