General Manager – Lead a High-Volume Downtown Restaurant | Up to $85K

We're partnering with a well-established, locally loved restaurant and brewpub in the heart of downtown Baltimore that is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a talented team, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Lead all front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily execution
- Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
- Maintain outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Work closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success managing financial performance, labor, and P&L
- Experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Brewery or craft beer knowledge is a plus but not required
